Parking

There is no parking at Hay Castle and the parking at The Swan Hotel is limited to guests only. However, there is a big car park opposite Hay Castle and plenty of street parking around Hay on Wye.

Accommodation

There are rooms available at The Swan Hotel. These can be reserved on a first come first served basis by emailing the hotel using events@swanathay.co.uk and quoting 'The Branson wedding'. 

Other suggestions in Hay are The Black Lion, The Blue Boar, The Globe and more. There is plenty of available accommodation in the surrounding area too. The internet is your friend!

How to get to and from the party

If you aren't staying in Hay or in walking distance, we suggest booking/arranging transport in advance. BookTown Taxi (07881726547) and Hay Taxi Bus (01497820444 / 07974106656) - both have websites. 

Wedding gift

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all, but if you would like to give us a gift, we would appreciate contributions towards our honeymoon fund.

Children

We'd love to invite everyone but due to limited capacity, our wedding is a child-free event apart from the children in the wedding party.
